Majerle's Sports Grill
Majerle's Sports Grillis located in the oldest commercial building in downtown Phoenix. Originally named "The Fry Building", various enterprises collectively utilizing considerably less room than Majerle's, have called this building home including a stage office, Telephone Express, a milner, a harness shop, drugstore, saloon, and doctor's office. Majerle's is definitely not the first drinking establishment in the building.
When the Suns built their new home, America West Arena, Dan and the Boys knew The Fry Building was the location they wanted. "The Grill" opened on December 2nd, 1992 and subsequently added the back room in 1993. While nights in the basement of The Fry building were previously host to cockfights, it has been transformed into offices, food preparation rooms, and storage space. But that's enough about the past. Enjoy the present -- and we'll see you in the future.
